One of the biggest struggles that I have had as a new mom is finding time. Finding time for bubble baths, reading a good book, working out, and cooking a delicious meal isn’t always easy, but the responsibility still stands to create a happy and healthy home for my family. When Fox was born I explored the idea of delivered meal kits as it wasn’t so much finding the time to cook that was hard, but the actual act of shopping and meal planning. I always thought I’d phase out of the need for meal kits as he got older, but I need them more than ever now that he’s running around (yes running – it went from barely walking to running in under 7 days). I was lucky enough to partner with Sun Basket, a new healthy meal kit service out of San Francisco boasting organic ingredients, to try out a few of their meals this week.
