As soon as February rolls around, we gear up for the Big Game! I know you’re probably thinking, “You’re from Buffalo, what do you have to celebrate?” and alas, you’re right. But it’s still fun to make ALL the food and bring friends and family together for a big P-A-R-T-Y! This football celebration holds a special place in my heart. Fox was due on F-Day (Football Day, keep up!) in 2015, but he was late. However, his first birthday fell right smack on game day the next year and the camping party I had fully planned and purchased decorations for without checking the calendar had to be turned into a football event. We came prepared this year and opted for a “refined game room” type football decor since we do not have a (red, white, and blue) horse in this race this season. Let’s be real: it’s the food that people care about. The most important thing when throwing a football party is to encourage people to move around with their food.
