Happy Easter, everyone! Last year Tyler and I went all out. We hosted Easter brunch at our house, the kids did the egg hunt in our backyard (except Fox because he was itty bitty), and all three of us got a visit from the Easter bunny. We left carrots out for him with a note, participated in a scavenger hunt, and everyone dressed up. This year we completely blew it! The thing is, Fox got so spoiled by loved ones at Christmas that we have didn’t think he needed anything else and we’ve been so busy that there was no time to compile intricate egg hunts and brunches. We’re happy just being together. We brought Fox in the backyard to do a quick egg hunt and dye some real eggs today and let him go to town. By the end of it we had smashed eggs all over the cement and one baby with a leg saturated in pink dye 😉 Next was bath time where he was scrubbed to oblivion, promptly getting out and deciding it was time to learn how to unscrew things.
