Honey Walnut Panna Cotta
Yields: 4 small bowls
- 1 1/2 c. a2 Milk®
- 1/3 c. maple syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 tsp. gelatin
- Walnuts, crushed
- Whisk a2 Milk® and gelatin together in small saucepan over medium-low heat.
- Once dissolved, add vanilla and maple syrup.
- Remove from heat and pour into small bowls.
- Refrigerate until firm (3-5 hours).
- Top with honey and crushed walnuts.
- Preparation time: 3-5 hours
- Cook time: 8 minutes
