Raspberry Jalapeño Chicken



  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. In small saucepan, melt 2 Tbsp. butter over medium heat.
  3. Stir in jam and place on back burner, low heat.
  4. In small frying pan, melt remaining butter over medium heat.
  5. Add sliced jalapeños to frying pan and cook until softened. Sprinkle with garlic powder.
  6. Pour jam mixture into frying pan and stir thoroughly.
  7. Grease 7x11 glass baking dish and add drumsticks. Pour mixture over top.
  8. Sprinkle cracked black pepper evenly across top.
  9. Cook chicken for 35 minutes.
  10. Optional: serve with melted cream cheese.
