One of the most magical parts of being a mom is getting to relive things from my childhood through Fox’s eyes. With Disneyland so close to us, he’s been raised with Disney characters of all kinds and has started pointing out his favorites to us. Lately he’s even saying yes/no to whatever movies we stick on during family movie nights!
We had a particularly nice afternoon this week so we moved the party outside for a #PinocchioNoStrings outdoor movie party. Disney provided us with an incredible assortment of items to keep us fully running without the strings of being inside plus a copy of the newly released Pinocchio on DVD/Blu-Ray with an included Digital HD copy that we were able to use right away with the Disney Movies Anywhere app. A few snacks and cozy pillows later and we were cooking with fire!
As you can tell, Fox lost it once we saw we were watching a flick outside, and he got super excited when he realized it was Pinocchio. This was his first time watching, but he recognized the scenes from the ride at Disneyland!
He specifically seemed to like Figaro and showed affection by meowing most of the movie
We also got to celebrate a “new addition” to our family: our very own star!
Pinocchio is out now including tons of bonus material and a reinvented version of “When You Wish Upon a Star.” For more info, click here.
What’s your favorite Disney movie?
