Mixology: Coconut Chai Hot Toddy

Since I’ve been intensely planning a trip for the past couple of days, I put myself in vacation mode a bit early with the most amazing cocktail and I have to share the recipe! It’s a creamy drink served hot that’s perfect for the cool weather to put you right on the beach.

Coconut Chai Hot Toddy

  1. 4 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
  2. 13.5 oz. coconut milk
  3. 4 oz. water
  4. 1 chai tea bag
  5. 4 oz. Blue Chair Bay Coconut Spiced Rum
  1. Stir water, coconut milk, and brown sugar together in sauce pan over medium heat.
  2. Once mixture starts to boil, set heat to low, add tea bag to pot, and let steep for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and add rum.

If you like your drinks less sweet, I suggest only adding in 3 Tbsp. of brown sugar. Enjoy!
