Since I’ve been intensely planning a trip for the past couple of days, I put myself in vacation mode a bit early with the most amazing cocktail and I have to share the recipe! It’s a creamy drink served hot that’s perfect for the cool weather to put you right on the beach.
- 4 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
- 13.5 oz. coconut milk
- 4 oz. water
- 1 chai tea bag
- 4 oz. Blue Chair Bay Coconut Spiced Rum
- Stir water, coconut milk, and brown sugar together in sauce pan over medium heat.
- Once mixture starts to boil, set heat to low, add tea bag to pot, and let steep for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add rum.
