Traditional Christmas Tablescape with Plaid + Natural Elements

October 31, 2019

I’ve always loved putting together a tablescape, but the Blue + Earth Toned Fall Tablescape I did in collaboration with Tattered Tulip really took the cake. I’ve never had such an overwhelming response (really, this post is still my most popular article to date) since I started this blog back in 2015.

This time around, Lisa helped me make my Christmas tablescape dreams come true with items found at her second location. Yes, their second!

Tomorrow marks the grand opening of Tattered Tulip‘s brand new space!

The first is still open and beautiful as ever. This additional location will be reserved for holidays, special events, and classes, so stay tuned for more information on what they’ll have to offer. This space is huge (!!!) with incredibly unique structures inside stuffed to the brim with beautiful found and new treasures.

We added natural elements like the pinecone garland, a flour sack runner, and burlap wrapped mini-trees, added some color with berries, plaid chargers and golden eggs tucked in nests. Lisa taught me to keep the ends of the runner simple and add all the glam to the center, which is where I nestled the snowflakes for a bit of sparkle.

Recognize the vintage plates from our fall tablescape? Yep, they’re tried and true — the perfect size for a filling holiday meal. Last but not least, the table was given some lift with the modern farmhouse candle sticks in 3 different sizes.

Nov. 1st through 3rd you can immerse yourself in Winter Fest from 10 am to 6 pm at 3980 Lockport-Olcott Rd. in Lockport, NY.

Remember, everything on my dining table can be found this home decor holiday wonderland!

There’s plenty of parking, a free gift for the first 500 customers, bags to help carry all your goods as you shop, and homemade cookies. Bring your phone to snap pics of all the decorating ideas and don’t forget to tag @tattered_tulip on Instagram.

I’m bringing the whole family bright and early on Friday — I think Fox is going to flip!

Hope to see you there!
