Family Pizza Night!

I’ve been traveling a lot and to be honest, I’m totally worn out and ready to relax!

I have family come into town this week and so my husband and I have been spending the majority of our time cleaning, catching up on work, and dealing with our toddler’s insane amount of energy 😉 — we needed a day off to kick back. The best recipe for a stay-in session is good flicks + yummy food, so we picked a movie playlist and ordered pizzas.

In case you’re wondering, here were our movie marathon picks:

There’s obviously a Halloween theme going on there! Fox is starting to understand what holidays are and gets really excited to see pumpkins, costumes, and other Halloween specific things, so we’re playing it up as much as we can.

Now, about the pizza: Papa John’s just introduced a brand new pan pizza option and it is SO. GOOD. We wound up getting two different kinds because Tyler and eye are polar opposites in pretty much every sense — and that includes pizza toppings! I was leaning the veggie route today and chose a Roma tomato, green pepper, and onion pan pizza. It did not disappoint 🙂 Papa John’s peppers and onions are sliced fresh in their restaurants so they’re super flavorful. No corner of my pizza was left uncovered by the delicious garlic sauce.
