We’re gearing up for the cooler seasons over here at the McElhaney household these days. I’m brainstorming what I’m going to do for my September birthday, what Fox is going to be for his very first Halloween, and – this is embarrassing – I started Christmas shopping earlier this week.
When it comes down to it, I’m a total fall and winter freak! These seasons are hard to wrap my head around here in California. I’m used to the Buffalo snow and the crisp bite in the air, not just pumpkin spice lattes from Starbucks. Truth me told: I wear fall clothing and burn fall candles year-round. This is the first year that I forced myself out of boots for the summer! So imagine my excitement for the fall clothing filtering in the stores.
I threw a couple of my favorite fall clothing picks together. This season I’m loving wide leg pants, basic shirts, every kind of boot, and anything featuring the color of the year – marsala. Enjoy!
