Tyler and I just celebrated our 4th wedding anniversary and it jogged my memory back to all the little details from our wedding. One of our underlying themes was the movie Buffalo ’66 since I’m from Buffalo and it’s collectively a favorite of ours. If you’ve seen the film, you’re probably familiar with the tagline “spanning time together.” I thought this was very fitting and decided to give Tyler a watch as a gift on our wedding day with a little tag and those words affixed to it.
To this day, that watch is Tyler’s most complimented item! At least 3 times a week a stranger will come up and ask about it and I love hearing him repeat the story with fondness in his voice.
For our anniversary I wanted to add to his collection as we continue “spanning time together.” I picked this beautiful watch from JORD. Tyler loves a large face on his timepieces so I knew he’d be a fan of this Frankie Series in Dark Sandalwood & Smoke. Since his other watch is silver and white, I wanted to choose something different that would open his options when styling other outfits.
