Strawberry Lemonade Mocktail + What I’m Up To

Me time is a bit harder to come by these days.

I find that if I shift my focus into creating indulgent moments throughout my day, then I feel much more relaxed.

Today I put Charlie down for a nap, got Fox set up with his toys, and then I headed to the bar cart to make a refreshing mocktail — a Strawberry Lemonade sparkling drink using Perrier® Strawberry.

Guys, it was so good.

When I first tried this recipe I thought, well this is the jumping off point — I’ll have to taste it to see what else it needs. Perhaps a simple syrup was in order or a little honey?

But let me tell you, it didn’t need it!

Just take equal parts Perrier® Strawberry mixed with lemonade and add a lemon and strawberry garnish and that’s it! It tastes so much more complex than two ingredients, but I promise that’s all it needs. Although if you’re feeling fancy, I bet it would be delish with some fresh basil or mint muddled inside!

Perrier® Strawberry is the perfect jumping off point for creating a mocktail because of its delicious strawberry flavor, versatility, and thirst quenching abilities. Plus it has zero calories and no sweeteners! They are available at Walmart, but you can also order from Walmart.com.

After I made my Strawberry Lemonade mocktail, I headed upstairs to my bedroom to work on two things: learning how to be a plant mom and plotting out the decor in our bedroom redo.

As soon as I got to the top of the stairs, Fox asked to join me so me-time turned into quality time with my oldest baby.

We painted our bedroom last weekend (white with a navy accent wall) and are slowly turning it into our boho paradise. It’s really helped to throw myself into a project, especially one that has given me a cozy space of my own. The next step is swapping out all of the faux plants for real ones, but I need to do some heavy research first. That’s where my new books come into play!

By the time we were done checking out the new light fixture and dreaming up which pillows to buy, baby Charlie was up and it became a family affair. Tyler tried my mocktail and we wound up having another on the patio after dinner!

I highly suggest trying this fun, easy mocktail out for a moment of indulgence or a quick refresher throughout your day.
