I don’t know about you, but I love all the crazy little holidays floating around these days.
It’s fun to have an excuse to celebrate just about anything!
Today is #NationalPizzaPartyDay and, even though we’re keeping it small, we’re still in full party mode.
We broke out the sparkly paper crowns (which double as a pre-Royal Wedding celebration!) and remade a recipe that we were originally sent in a Home Chef box for BBQ Shrimp Pizza with Pico de Gallo.
So. Much. Yum.
…and a really great way to get some veggies and protein into this kid who is getting pickier every day.
